About the Qualification – AUR31020

The Certificate III in Automotive Sales is a versatile course that covers and prepares you for all aspects of automotive sales, customer interaction, customer service plus all requirements of working in a modern sales department- new or used.

It also involves the sales, stock control and administration in relation to automotive replacement parts such as engine, brake and transmission components, batteries, headlights and tyres, and accessories such as seat covers, tow bars and car cleaning equipment.

Packaging Rules  – 20  Units consisting of 8 Core and 12 Electives 

Core Units – All Core units must be completed and cannot be changed.
